Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This policy explains what personal information LUVAL receives through this website, why, and how it is protected. It describes only processing that currently takes place.

1. Data controller

[LUVAL legal entity name — pending confirmation], [NIT / número de registro — pendiente], [Domicilio legal — pendiente]. Contact: office@luval.com.

2. Information you provide

When you submit a form (contact, private viewing, representation of an asset, acquisition mandate or Private Office), we receive your name, email address, and optionally your telephone number and message, together with the page and asset the request relates to.

When you create a private access account, we store your email address, name and an encrypted password managed by our authentication provider.

3. Information collected automatically

Our hosting infrastructure records technical request data (IP address, browser, time of access) for security and operation. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.

Your browser stores your language preference, saved assets and cookie choice locally. These never leave your device.

4. Purpose and legal basis

We use your information to answer your request, arrange viewings, prepare representation or acquisition proposals, and manage the relationship you ask us to begin. The basis is your request and, where applicable, your consent or our legitimate interest in operating a secure service.

5. Service providers

Data is hosted by our cloud infrastructure provider. Maps are provided by Google Maps Platform, which receives your IP address when a map is displayed. Fonts are served by Google Fonts. Providers act on our instructions or under their own privacy terms.

6. International transfers

These providers may process data outside your country. Transfers rely on the safeguards offered by each provider.

7. Retention

Requests are kept for as long as the relationship is active and afterwards for the period required by law. [Retention period — pending legal confirmation].

8. Security

Access to client records is restricted by role at database level, connections are encrypted and private files are served through expiring links.

9. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to office@luval.com. We will respond within the periods set by applicable law, including Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 where it applies.

10. Minors

This website is not directed at persons under 18.

11. Changes

We will publish any change to this policy on this page with its date.
